Recovery often begins with survival.
Get through today. Don’t drink. Don’t use. Deal with the consequences. Put one foot in front of the other. Do whatever you need to do to keep moving forward.
But at some point, recovery has to become about more than surviving.
When do we start actually living?
This Wednesday at the Recovered Life Community Meeting, we’re talking about what happens when we move beyond simply trying not to go backward and start building a life we actually want.
We’ll explore questions like:
Are there parts of your life where you’re still operating in survival mode?
What does actually living look like for you today?
Have you given yourself permission to want more from life?
What brings you joy, purpose, connection, or excitement?
What are you afraid to pursue?
Has your definition of a “good life” changed since beginning recovery?
What would you start doing differently if you believed you deserved a bigger life?
Recovery isn’t just about getting your old life back.
It’s an opportunity to create something better.

All are welcome. All recovery paths are welcome.
You don’t need to belong to a particular program, follow a specific approach, or have a certain amount of time in recovery. Come as you are, share if you want to, listen if you don’t, and be part of the conversation.
