My Thoughts
It's tempting to play victim, to shrug and say, 'It's just who I am; I can't help it.' And in some cases, that may be true. But in recovery, we learn the difference between the things we can't change and the things we can.
Action for the Week
Today, I will focus on embracing what is beyond my control, finding the strength to make changes where I can, and cultivating the insight to distinguish between the two.
